🥷🏽 How you'll help us achieve it
Day-to-day, you will help develop strong relationships with customers, connect with key business executives and stakeholders to generate revenue across emerging markets and outside of Africa.
You will:
- Engage in the the full sales cycle; from Lead generation to a close
- Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful sealing of the partnership and /or sale.
- Effectively use CRM tools to manage the entire sales process. Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Success and Product) to improve the entire customer experience.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Report to the CEO/Sales Manager
